Orders are shipped using Australia Post or courier services.

Within Australia, parcels can take up to 5 days (sometimes longer for remote areas).  

Overseas parcels sent by Air Mail are not always trackable and take up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Overseas parcels sent by Express Post International or by courier are always trackable and take 3-7 working days for your order to arrive. If your parcel is held for payment of local VAT or customs duties, you will be notified by your local Post Office and you will need to pay these charges before the parcel is delivered.
