Purchase orders

If you are buying for a Hospital, Health service, University, school or other institution who prefer not to order online, Birth International will ship goods with an invoice, provided we receive a valid purchase order with a purchase order number.

If required, we will also provide a quotation for your purchase that shows all costs, including shipping as a basis for preparing the purchase order.

All invoices must be paid within 30 days.


Shipping Information

Delivery of your order

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays using Australia Post services.

Within Australia, parcels take up to 5 days (sometimes longer for remote areas.  All high value shipments  are sent using Registered Post so they can be tracked. You will have to sign for a Registered Mail delivery.

Overseas parcels sent by Air Mail are not always trackable and take up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Overseas parcels sent by Express Post International or by courier are always trackable and take 3-7 working days for your order to arrive. If your parcel is held for payment of local VAT or customs duties, you will be notified by your local Post Office and you will need to pay these charges before the parcel is delivered.
