Birth Experiences: Helen's Birth

This film documents the birth of Stella, Helen's sixth baby. She has invited her whole family to participate in the event at a Birth Centre. As the labour progresses she gets on with settling up the birth room, caring for her young children while stopping now and then to deal with contractions. The baby is born in water, to everyone's delight. Includes Helen's reflections 2 weeks later as she talks through her experiences. This would be a useful film for preparing siblings for attending a birth.
