DVD1 explores pregnancy, using interviews with a physiotherapist, dietician, naturopath, genetic counsellor, general practitioner, 4 midwives and instructors in Yoga and Hypnobirthing DVD2 examines both vaginal and caesaran birth and offers strategies for the labouring woman and her support team to use throughout labour and birth DVD3 covers adjusting to life with anew baby. Early Childhood Nurses explain what is normal for a newborn, and new parents and grandparents offer their experiences. Includes information on car seats, baby wearing, baby massage, pets and babies, post natal depression and community support organisations.
