Birth as we know it

This film focuses on the spiritual, emotional and psychological aspects of birth, as it explains the "conscious" approach to preparation and labour management through a series of waterbirths, in the sea, at home and in hospital. The DVD contains two films, each narrated by Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova, who describes the philosophy of enabling women to healing past birth traumas before embarking on a new birth experience. The shorter film of 25 minutes contains the main message and a number of births and the longer film has additional footage of caesarean birth, circumcision and orgasmic birth.
