A large, inflatable ball, made of very flexible PVC, designed to help women in pregnancy and labour. 65 cm in diameter, available in Sky Blue colour, scented with lemon oil. Popular in Europe and America, this ball will give you further options for improving comfort during pregnacy and labour.

In pregnancy, use the ball to:

Assist good postural alignment
Provide deep support to the perineal region, which can be very soothing
Easier to get off than a normal chair

During labour, the ball is useful for:

Encouraging optimal fetal poisitoning, through the natural forward tilting of the pelvis
Reducing muscle fatigue and tension
Pelvis tilting and rocking movement to facilitate rotation and descent of the baby
Support in the bath, or anywhere the woman chooses to be --- it is very portable
