The pack contains 118 different images in a purely pictorial format, with no words, in manageable, easy to follow sequences. Covers sleeping, skin-to-skin, rooting, preparing to feed, positioning, attaching, feeding, expressing, helping the milk to flow, sterilising and storage. The helpers guide contains notes for explaining the pictures. A CD ROM, with all the images is included for copying as handouts.
