A set of two discs featuring 4 guided relaxations for the mothers-to-be and their partners to use throughout pregnancy. Made by an Australian childbirth educator with years of experience working with parents, these discs have beautiful music and have been thoroughly "road tested" by expectant parents.

Disc 1 is a general relaxation to help pregnant women get in touch with their growing body and baby, feel confident about birth, and a focus on breath awareness.
